Meet Dr. Bill Burton, MD
Dr. Bill Burton, M.D., Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Regenerative Medicine and Aesthetics is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician with additional certifications in Geriatrics, Telemedicine, PRP applications, and stem cell applications.
He earned his undergraduate degree at CSU and his Medical Doctorate from the University of Colorado Health Science Center from CU’s School of Medicine, followed by a fellowship at Texas Tech University.
Dr. Burton has an impressive career, having served as a physician for the University of Colorado's sports teams, the Olympic Training Center, and the USA Olympics Boxing Program. He co-founded the Boulder Sports Medicine Clinic and has recently come out of retirement, spending the last three years specializing in Regenerative Medicine, with extensive expertise in stem cell therapy and PRP injections for joint and pain disorders.

Dr. Bill has been a distinguished sports medicine physician for 43 years, serving the greater Boulder area across numerous esteemed institutions, including the University of Colorado and Fairview High School, where he has excelled as both a team physician and consultant. As you can see above, his extensive expertise covers a wide range of sports, from skiing, track and field, and football to basketball, volleyball, cheerleading, boxing, and golf. This unparalleled dedication, passion, and commitment were instrumental in his co-founding of the CU Sports Rehabilitation Center (formerly known as the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine).
